Vending Add On - $22

MUST ALSO PURCHASE AN ADMISSION TICKET (Full weeknd Bed, Camper, or Commuter). 

You do not have to do this right away, bed spots are limited. 

Vending set up is to be done Friday evening.  

Vehicles are to drop off supplies and be moved to parking spot. 

Vending set up needs to be down and area clear by Sunday at noon. 

We want you to enjoy events going on as well. Please bring signage to put up informing people when you will be back to your spot. 

We are inviting vendors to also help support each other throughout the day and we will also have volunteers to see if anyone needs help with anything. 

Side notes for vendors: 

No electric is available (if you need to recharge battery packs we can help with that)!

Must have proper weights for your tents (minimum 20lb per leg, closer to 40lb per leg if wind to exceed 15mph). 

Everyone must have sales tax license if selling taxable goods. 

Each vendor is responsible for any other license/certifications/insurance/requirements for the things they are offering. 

Items must be made by you (no MLM's or manufactured).

Services must be done in a safe and professional way. 

There is also an option to donate $25 worth of goods/services for a raffle (benefiting the West Shore Wildlife Rescue).

If for some reason we cannon accomodate you vending your goods/services your fee will be returned. 

No refunds will be given after May 31st, tickets are transferable.
