This gatherings topic: Complimentary Colors & Emotions

Ever feel blue? Ever feel bright like the sun? Ever feel red with rage? Each color has emotions it is associated with. Find out how to identify these connections and find ways to bring more balance! An art project will let them practice and express their new discoveries.

Each Kids Mindful Moments Gatherings start with a circle to get to know one another, followed by a meditation, a lesson, self reflection, art, and time to share!

This event for children 7-11.

6 kid maximum on top of our two sets of twins ages 10 and 7!

Run time 2.5 hours

Paint smocks are provided, however keep in mind that messes happen!

Please have bellies full from dinner before arriving. Water will be available.
