You do NOT have to be in martial arts to participate in this retreat! 

Arrive as early as 5pm on Friday - departure Sunday around noon.

Retreat is open to women only. Ages 13 - 18, please reach out before registering to discuss maturity level fit for the retreat. 

Potluck for Friday evening opening (label items with ingredients).

Saturday meals, and Sunday breakfast/bunch provided.

Sleeping accomodations: Must bring own bedding (queen, full, and twin beds), 4 twin beds are top bunk with ladder access, 4 beds are full size top bunk with stair access, 4 beds are twin bottoms bunks, 4 beds are queen bottom bunk. Please reach out if you require a certain spot. There are also options for rustic camping if you'd like!

Bathroom accomodations: Since no men at this event, we have access to both bathrooms/showers. Pack towels/supplies.

Bring along a camping chair. Outdoor lounging or if you find it more comfortable when gathered inside. 

Yoga/taichi will be offered, bring along a yoga mat or blanket for ground if you like. 

The grounds have beautiful, simple, trails through the woods. Pack clothing/shoes accordingly if you wish to explore.

The kitchen has coffee maker! No guarantee what is stocked for it, so feel free to bring what you need. 

Limited room in the the fridge, priorities are the food for weekend and to store potluck items. If you need to bring along more bring a cooler incase there is not room in fridge. Can also communicate with others via FB group attendees incase people would like to share certain things (like eliminate 5 people from all brining creamer). 

There will be a private FB Group for those atteneding the event. This helps general communication and provides a safe place for people to further connect. If you are not on FB we will find a way to keep you in the loop!
