Join Erica Jo Shaffer for a nourishing, pulsing, grounding, crazy-cool experience! We will gather in the caves, as the moon begins her approach to Full Moon in Libra, as we feel the beckoning of Balance and Harmony. Let the cave energies nourish and ground the intensity we have all been traveling with, releasing the heavy, and enCouraging new steps forward.

As as extra delight, I will be joined by my Priestess Sister Jennifer Rabenstein- also well versed in the conversation of vibrations and moving energy, creating a multi layered sound experience! We will work as a Sacred Team, inviting participants to surrender and feeeeeel the sounds as they travel as unique encounters, vibrations, ripples, sensations. We will all energetically move through the depths and passages of the cave, and our Being.

Sit in the depth of surrender as the lights go out, listening deeply to the drips and subtle sounds of complete and utter darkness with this potent cave.

Our Sacred Sister Narah Tomboc will offer a Heart Guided toning to the cave, and each of us, using her voice as an instrument. She will weave her magick in luminous resonance and balance via throat song rhythms.

Feel the vibrations~ inspired by the circular motion of the sound of crystal and high quality metal bowls, rattles, bells, chimes, voice tones and hand drum beats, collectively known as a "sound immersion". Feel the taps on the gong as the vibrations ripple into you...and further into the Universe. (You-in-Verse...)

Become fully present. No thoughts. No where to go. Nothing to do. Simply noticing and feeling the sensations of energy.

Experience a Shamanic Pranayama session, deep in the Earth, breathing an intense sequenced rhythm designed to stir up, shake up, and expand your energetic operating system.

Breathe deeply, root, re-member.

Sitting or laying in the constant 52 degrees, which will feel comfortable as a warm spring day, we will merge and become One with this Sacred Space.

Hearing the echo of the sound vibrations bouncing and dancing through the caverns, the drips of the water and perhaps, listening closely, the constant pulse of the Earth.

Ascend from the cave depths two hours later into the cool night air, smiling (or dazed lol) with a knowing of a group journey like nothing encountered before. Gaze into the skies and breathe with the darkness, and perhaps watch for shooting stars, with all chakras wide open, deeply grounded and present.
