We will gather in the caves, as the autumn energies begin to whisper to us, the Moon rising just as we make our way into the Earth. Feel the Cave hold and immerse you in a depth of safety. Release your holdings, and allow the e-motion (energy in motion) begin to spiral and awaken the knowing of your unique possibilities. Enter into conversation with the pulse of Virgo, a sign with the energy of Clarity, persistence, stability and grounding.

As an extra delight, I will be joined by my Priestess Sisters Jennifer Rabenstein and Sharon Owens-Kabatek both well versed in the conversation of vibrations and moving energy, creating a multi layered sound experience! We will work as a Sacred Team, inviting participants to surrender and feeeeeel the sounds traveling as unique encounters, vibrations, ripples, sensations. We will all energetically move through the depths and passages of the cave, and our Collective Being.

Sit in the depth of your silent Presence as the lights go out, listening deeply to the drips and subtle sounds of complete and utter darkness within this potent cave. Imagining ourselves merging with the Earth, beginning to feel the trembling invitations to compost our holdings and RELEASE into RealEase. Our DNA (Divine Nature Absolute) quietly informing us how to open wider and blossom fully. Listen, listen.

Feel the vibrations~ inspired by the circular motion of the sound of crystal and high quality metal bowls, rattles, bells, chimes, voice tones and hand drum beats, collectively known as a "Sound Immersion". Feel the taps on the gong as the vibrations ripple into you...and further into the Universe. (You-in-Verse...)

Become fully present. No thoughts. No where to go. Nothing to do. Simply noticing and feeling the sensations of energy, and the depth of the darkness. Soften your stance, your jaw, lower the weight on your shoulders. Let go....let go....

Experience a Shamanic Pranayama session, deep in the Earth, IN THE DARK (!!!) breathing an intense sequenced rhythm designed to stir up, shake up, and expand your energetic operating system. Allow yourself to be energetically dismembered....by your own desire and dedication to let go....

Breathe deeply, root, ground, re-member.

Sitting or laying (preferred) in the cave's constant 52 degrees, which will feel comfortable leaving the hot late summer day, we will merge and become One with this Sacred Space.

Hearing the echo of the sound vibrations bouncing and dancing through the caverns, the drips of the water and perhaps, listening closely, the constant pulse of the Earth.

Ascend from the cave depths two hours later into the warm summer night, smiling (or dazed lol) with a knowing of a unique group journey like nothing encountered before. Gaze into the skies and breathe with the darkness, the nearly full moon rising, and perhaps watch for shooting stars, with all chakras wide open, cleansed, deeply grounded and present.
